E&F Contracting, Inc. was founded in 1998 and specializes in institutional general contracting and facilities maintenance. We have been working at various, well-known institutions for more than 25 years, including Johns Hopkins Hospital, Bayview Hospital, Howard County Hospital, Suburban Hospital, Sibley Memorial Hospital, Johns Hopkins University, Edenwald Assisted Living, UMBC, and Howard Community College.
We are the preferred vendors at most of these locations, due to our commitment and ability to complete a variety of scopes. From exterior work to interior renovations, to precautionary Jacho inspections, we have the knowledge, experience, and determination to do what it takes to complete the construction project in a clean and timely manner.
Our team includes superintendents, project managers, carpentry foremen, tradesmen, and concrete finishers, as well as a well-oiled office to keep the paperwork on time and in order. Many of our employees have been working for the company for more than 20 years and are ingrained. Along with our in-house team, we have a full complement of subcontractors we have worked with for long periods of time. We have a long-term subcontractor list. These subcontractors know how we operate, prioritize our jobs, and keep our job sites clean throughout the project. They were able to raise and re-level the areas quickly and economically, without the need for demo and reconstruct. The foam injection technology was able to target the specific areas that needed adjustment.
