Kevin Steinhice
Project Manager
Kevin handles meeting with clients, pre-bids, and supervision of awarded projects.

Dan Freedman
Residential Estimator, Concrete Raising Estimator, & Commercial / Residential Consultant
Dan has been with E&F Contracting for more than 14 years. Dan has been in the construction industry for 48 years.
His expertise from layouts to project management is unmatched. Dan is responsible for the residential construction estimating and concrete raising.
Dan is also a highly qualified and experienced consultant for any project E&F has on its books.

Barry Jr. oversees daily operations from estimating, scheduling, project managing, and working directly with our clients.
Barry Jr has been with the company for over 8 years.
Tim Freedman
Lead Supervisor / Carpenter
Tim Freedman has been with E&F for more than 14 years. He has been in the construction industry for 18 years.
Tim knows the expectations E&F has of our employees and sets the bar for newly hired Tradesman.
Our clients often request Tim on certain jobs, due to his extraordinary carpentry work.
Tyler Yockel
Lead Equipment Operator
Tyler is a trained, qualified, and license equipment operator. Tyler has completed multiple projects within E&F’s excavating division.
Tyler has the ability to run all types of equipment. Tyler is a Class B certified driver.

Jake is the crew leader and head estimator for E&F's Concrete Raising Division. Jake is trained and qualified to handle concrete raising projects of all sizes from residential to commercial properties.
Austin Haspert
Business Development - Concrete Raising
Austin is responsible for working with homeowners, property managers, and facility operations departments to educate and provide E&F's Concrete Raising services.
Austin has extensive client management experience and strives to provide an "above and beyond" service experience for all of our clients.
Eileen O'Connor
Chief Accounting Officer
Eileen has been with E&F for 5 years but has over 20 years of experience in the construction accounting industry.
She oversees the daily accounting and office operations with the company.
